You’re tired of feeling like you have to keep it all together

It’s like you can never allow yourself to just be

On the outside, You seem fine—responsible, put together, even calm. But internally, your mind doesn’t stop. You replay conversations over and over, wondering if you said the wrong thing or if someone is upset with you.

In relationships, it’s even louder. If they take too long to text back, You start to spiral. You tell yourself i’m being irrational, but you can’t shut it off. Part of you is always bracing for them to lose interest or leave.

You overanalyze everything—every tone, every pause, every change in behavior—until you feel paralyzed and overwhelmed. It’s exhausting, and You don’t know how to just feel secure or at ease.

You want to trust yourself. You want to feel calm in my relationships. You just don’t know how to get there.

Here’s what we’ll do together

Therapy can help you learn to manage your anxiety in a much healthier way

In our work together, I want you to feel like you can finally exhale. We’ll slow things down and make sense of what your anxiety is really doing—because it’s not random, even if it feels that way.

I’ll help you understand the patterns underneath the overthinking, the second-guessing, and the constant awareness of how others might be feeling about you. Together, we’ll find ways to calm your body, interrupt those spirals, and help you feel more grounded in moments that used to feel overwhelming.

But we won’t stop at just managing symptoms. We’ll also look at how anxiety is showing up in your relationships—like people-pleasing, fear of saying the wrong thing, or needing reassurance to feel okay.

I’ll gently challenge you when needed, while also meeting you with a lot of compassion, because I know how hard this can feel. My goal is to help you rebuild trust in yourself, feel more secure in your relationships, and move through your life with a sense of steadiness instead of constantly bracing for something to go wrong.

At the end of the day, I want you to know:

Anxiety doesn’t have to continue holding you back. You are stronger than believe and you deserve to be happier and healthier.

How the Therapy process starts

01
15 Minute Consultation Call

A free 15-minute consultation is a simple, low-pressure way for us to connect and see if working together feels like the right fit. During this call, you can share a little about what’s been going on—whether that’s anxiety, overthinking, or challenges in your relationships—and I’ll ask a few thoughtful questions to better understand what you’re needing. I’ll also walk you through how I approach therapy and what working together might look like. There’s no expectation or commitment—it’s just a space for you to get a feel for me, ask any questions you have, and decide if you feel comfortable taking the next step.

02
Intake

Your intake session is a space for us to slow down and really understand what’s been going on for you. We’ll talk through what’s bringing you to therapy right now, as well as your history with anxiety, relationships, and any patterns you’ve noticed over time. I’ll ask thoughtful questions to get a fuller picture of your experiences, but there’s no pressure to share everything all at once—we’ll go at a pace that feels comfortable for you.

This session is also about helping you feel seen and understood. Together, we’ll begin making sense of what you’re going through, identify what’s been most challenging, and start clarifying what you want to feel different in your life and relationships. By the end, we’ll collaborate on a plan for moving forward so you leave with a clearer sense of direction and what working together will look like.

03
Session

A typical 45–60 minute session is a space for you to slow down, talk through what’s been coming up, and start making sense of it in a deeper way. We might begin by checking in on your week—what felt hard, what stood out, and where anxiety or relationship patterns showed up. From there, we’ll gently explore those moments together, helping you understand the “why” behind your thoughts, emotions, and reactions, while also working on practical ways to respond differently in real time.

Throughout our work, I’ll offer guidance, honest reflections, and tools to help you feel more grounded, confident, and secure—both within yourself and in your relationships. Some sessions may focus more on building coping skills, while others go deeper into patterns, past experiences, or communication dynamics. It’s a collaborative process, and we’ll move at a pace that feels supportive but also helps you grow.

And you won’t be doing it alone—my golden retriever, Nico, will be present during sessions as a therapy dog. He often brings a calming, comforting presence to the room, especially during moments that feel heavy or vulnerable, helping create a space where you can feel more at ease as you open up and do this work.
