What If I Try To Ignore My Dating Anxiety?
Well more often than not we begin to fill in the gaps with assumptions and worst case scenario. Before we know it we are trapped by constant anxiety, overanalyzing texts, replaying interactions, even checking social media for answers and reassurance(Let’t be honest most of us have been there and it’s emotionally exhausting, to say the least!)
Over time that anxiety can shift into something heavier. What may have started as worry and overthinking can begin showing up was loneliness, sadness, confusion ,increased insecurity, difficulty trusting, and overall emotional burnout.
When anxiety goes unaddressed, it does not simply disappear. It often grows quietly beneath the surface and begins affecting the way we think, feel, and experience relationships
